Stardew related name suggestions for groups of people?

If you were to work in a group setting where you need names for different levels of groups, what would you name them?
It's Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3. But just calling them "levels" is boring...

I have 3 types of groups that need names. I was first thinking about naming them after Iridium. But then I remembered that there is only Iridium ore and Iridium bars. So that is hard to use. "Iridium rocks" was an idea, but it just doesn't feel right or roll off the tongue.

Then I started thinking about chickens, rabbits, cows. But then I got worried that someone would get upset by the animal reference. I really don't want anyone to get upset or feel dehumanized...

So now I'm grinding my gears trying to come up with more stardew valley related group names and I would really appreciate likeminded people to bounce some ideas with.

If you want to stick with iridium, the rocks are called irirdium nodes. Or just go with silver, gold, iridium like the quality levels.

I like the word "node" a lot better, I also feel a bit dumb for forgetting that there already was a proper name for nodes.
