Stardew custom NPC not moving from starting tile

I'm trying to create a custom NPC (with the help of the wiki) and I'm trying to figure out why she won't follow the schedule I wrote for her. So I tried giving her Abigail's script. Then when it didn't work I changed the schedule.json to have a bare-bones version of Abigail's script (just her rain day, spring, summer, fall, and winter schedule). It still doesn't work. I tried re-writing the content json to see if I just made a spelling or capitalization error but that didn't work either. I'm not sure what to try anymore. Got any ideas?
