PC Stairs to next mine level immediately in the level entrance

Sometimes I cannot explore some mine level due to stairs that appear under the rock immediately in the level entrance. These stairs block any walking. The only action I can do is go upstairs or downstairs.
Do not know if it is a bug or a feature, but I do not like it...

I think that is just how RNG works in the game. You can try suggesting change in Game Suggestion Board!
