Linux Staircases dropping from crates in the dangerous mines despite that apparently not being possible.

Multiple times when I am exploring the dangerous mines, namely floors 40-49, though this could probably happen on other floors as well, staircases have dropped from crates and barrels. I assumed this was intended and asked on the wiki if it should be updated. I was then told that the game code says that shouldn't be possible and to report it as a bug here.

I am on Linux Mint 21.2, I have no mods installed, I am in single-player, game version is 1.5.6
