Stable moved

Will my horse find his own way to the stable where I have relocated it, if not how do I get the horse to the stable

Your horse will find his way home every night after you go to bed no matter where you relocate the Stable on your Farm. In fact if you block in your Stable with Chests, Fences, Tea Saplings, etc. your magic Horse will still find his way home. You can move it to wherever you want!
