Switch Squidfest Stand/Sign Staying The Rest of Winter

Noticed this problem last night. During the rest of Winter after the Squidfest, the stand and giant Squidfest sign doesn't go away after the event. It stayed up for the rest of Winter, only going away in the Spring.
