Spouses and divorce?

I have a question!

If I marry Leah, then divorce here, will I be able to keep the items in her room or do they go with her?

Yep. The spouse room goes with the spouse.

Her entire spouse room will go, though any items you had placed in the spouse room will be put into a chest in the standard part of the house when the room is removed overnight (end of the day you file for divorce).
