When i was killed at the skull cavern and went home at night from Dr Harvey's hospital, I expected my spouse (Abigail) to tell me that i should be more careful, or that she was concerned about me, as Harvey said I had to receive a surgery. I think it may be a great idea to add a dialogue or event when you come home after that, your spouse is concerned about you or angry for not being careful. And more spouse events in general, like going to the spa with your wife or that kind of stuff.
