[Spoilers] [Help] Pam cutscene 1.5 FIBS

I have completed the potato juice quest, and then slept to the next day. How do I trigger the cut-scene?
I have 10 hearts, and have done the Community Centre and community upgrade to remove the trailer for the house.

I believe you just need to enter Pam's house.

I have tried entering Pam's house on multiple days, at multiple times. Sunny and rain.

That's the issue. I've already done that, gotten quest completed, collected the money, and then slept to the next day before trying to trigger the cut scene.

I should back up, then. What cut scene are you expecting to see? I don't remember seeing one.

It's my understanding that there is a cut scene between completing the quest, and getting a mail to unlock FIBS. If there isn't, then I have no idea how to unlock FIBS.

The Fishing Information Broadcasting Service is a channel unlocked after completing Pam's special order, "The Strong Stuff". Pam sends the player a letter in the mail the day after the "Potato Juice" cutscene. It provides information about the current season's fishing opportunities.
