[Spoilers] didnt get presentation after opening warehouse?

Just found out that after starting JoJo warehouse there's meant to be a presentation the next day where you get a soda machine, and access to the boat at the back of Willy's shop.

I didn't know about the presentation so how do I get access to the boat now to be able to go to the island?

and how do you get access to the boat if you play via the jumino quests?

It's after finishing all of their quests, not after starting. For the Junimos, same deal, it's after finishing all of the bundles.
