[Spoiler] Shrine of Challenge

I know one at mines at level 120, which I have already activated, but can anyone tell me where's the one for Skull Cave? I have done Qi's task of going through level 100 in Skull Cave with upgraded monsters, and see no shrine at level 100. Just to be sure, the next day, I traveled down to level 100 of Skull Cave once again, and found no such shrine. It has to be somewhere else, and I don't know where. Can anyone help?

There isn't one for Skull Cavern.

Funny, because in the changelog for 1.5, it is stated that:

- Added a more difficult version of the mines AND skull caves. These can be accessed late game, and can optionally be toggled permanently using the Shrine of Challenge

Maybe it is a mistake, or something we don't know.

Is there anything you need to do to unlock/activate the Shrine of Challenge? When I reach level 120 in the mines there's nothing there...

Apparently Mr Qi is somewhere to be found on Ginger Island as well. (I believe he is behind the door where you need to have found 100+ golden walnuts to get in.)
