(Spoiler) How I completed the game before end of 3rd year & made over 1 million gold/week

Ok, it is a bit long. Sorry the bad english, I'm not mothertongue. I hope it's not in the wrong section, but if it is, please, moderators, put this thread in the right one.

This is my 6th run, so I know exactly what to do.
I chose the forest farm, no mods, no help except the wiki to remember the best hours to catch certain fishes.

Short story:
go fast for the greenhouse, then fullfill enerything with ancient fruit, make a ton of ancient seed, make a ton of kegs and make wine; complete the community center as fast as you can, arrive on ginger island well prepared, fullfill ginger island with ancient fruit plant, make 3-4 sheds full of kegs, make a ton of wine. Enjoy your money, work just 1 day a week!

Long, long story
I started cleaning a bit the farm and planted the parsnips, then go to foraging as much as I can and put in a chest the things I know will be required for the community center.
I talk with all villagers in the first and second day, so, a bit of cash and more seed.
I digged in every spot and carefully keep every bit of clay, mixed seed and fiber. I planted some mixed seed, but not a lot.
As soon as I can, I bought the silo and start to store hay, then coop and barn, 2 chicken, 2 cows, then a duck, a rabbit and a goat. I bought a delux barn and a pig only at the end of autums, and that stupid pig become adult at 3rd of winter *grrrr*. This animals gave me money to buy sheds and fruit trees: cheese and mayo are great!
The forest farm gave me lot of salmonberry and blackberry (I used them as food) and the mushrooms for the exotic foraging bundle.
I chose the mushroom cave, but honestly, I could chose the fruit too.
I checked the traveling cart every friday and sunday, and I bought a peach and pufferfish, but I never found cabbage or cabbage seed, or I could finish the community center in spring of year 2.
I started to collect resin oak, refined quartz and clay, and as much stone and wood as I can, and the forest farm gave me all the harwood I needed for Willy's boat!
I fished A LOT, and I kept some fishes for cooking, and sold all the others. I kept all the trash, and when I had the recycler, I recycle all - fabrics from wet paper, yeah! Excellent for Artisan bundle!
I slowly grow friendships with a lot of people with wild flowers - not the best gift but they are free!

As soon as I have the recipe for the basic fertilize, I used it on all my coltures, so I delivered 5 gold parsnips, 5 gold melons and 5 gold corns. Corn is great because you can plant it the first of summer and it produce until 28 autumn. With 3-4 plants I easly have had the 5 gold corns I needed.
At the end of every season, I kept away 1 seed for each colture like hoop, corn, tomatoes, etcc.
I planted an apple tree near home, because I need 4 apples for all the community center, and other apples are good as gift for villagers who don't like flowers. I found the peach in travelling cart, so, ehy! no need of wool from rabbit or sheep.
Half autumn, with the eggplant I completed the bundles for the greenhouse! I put all my permanent seed, plus 2 ancient seeds (one was the reward for the ancient seed I gave to Gunther, other one I found it killing monsters), plus all the mixed seed, and for the end of the month I had enought money to buy another apple tree and a fruit tree of each type. I used the quality sprinkler.
When ancient fruit were ready, I store them until I have the seedmaker, then I started to fullfill the greenhouse with ancient fruits.
Granny Evelyn gave me the recipe for the pots around at 20th autumn, first year, so I started make a lot of pots. A big shed filled with pots, each row with a permanent plant (2 rows of hops, 2 of tomatoes, 2 of eggplants, 1 of strowberry, etc). No delux retained soil, for the moment, so I water them near every day.
Since half of spring I started to go in the mines and kill a LOT of slimes and dust spirits. Dust spirits drop coal, and sometimes coffee beans. From my first coffe plant in greenhouse, I obtained 64 plants in pots in another big shed. I farmed A LOT of copper and iron and melt them in bars.
I had lucky and I had the found-100-piece-of-bones from Gunther at early winter, so I killed a lot of skeletons, and I obtained my bonegrinder - all pieces of bones slowly became fertilizers! I needed the tree fertilizer, and in winter I grow a lot of trees and made a lot of kegs. Meanwhile I upgraded the home at max, so I use the cellar to store and use all my kegs. I used them with vegetables from greenhouse and the pots' shed.
All fruits from trees in greenhouse were sold or used as gift to raise friendship. Gus, Robin and I become BBF :D

When I finally killed 1000 slimes, I obtained the ring to avoid damages from them, so, let's go to the skull cavern!
I carefully kept all jades, and i used the cristallarium from a bundle to have more. My firsts iridium bars went to make other 2 cristallariums.
When I had a lot of jade, I traded them for stairs, and on a lucky day I arrived at level 100, take my iridium snake milk, and go away digging iridium with bombs. A teletratotem brought me home at 1.50 am, but, boys, I had over 200 pieces of iridium! All the iridium bars I needed for a while.
For the end of winter, half of the greenhouse was full of ancient fruit, and plants in pots gave me a nice extra money. I had all the hardwood, batteries and iridium for Willy's boat, and I finished all bundles, except the cabbage and little more.
Second year spring was dedicated to pet animals, produce kegs, care the plants in pots and greenhouse (I used very few the open air soil, since 2nd year, except for trees and fiber), collect as much iron and copper and coal I could and melt them, and killing monsters in skull cavern. I used a lot of stairs to go deep and found a dino-infested floor, and with my preeeeecious egg under the arm, I rush back to my farm and toss it in the hatchery =D No, Gunther, you can't have this. You will have the firstborn, but I will have my Pepper first!
At last, I have had my red cabbage, and the morning of Luau the community center was finished!
In the second year, farming iridium, iron and gold in skull cavern, I found my first prismatic shard, and I run to transform it in the galaxy sword.

Ehy, Willy, here all you need to restore your boat. I'm ready!
for the second half of summer, I arrived on Ginger Island, with a chest and some items: ancient seeds, iridium sprinklers (Hi, Krobus, like all fridays I'm here to buy your stuff), 1 melon 1 weat 1 garlic seed, slingshot, 1 ametyst, 1 emerald, 1 topaz, 1 roby and 1 aquamarin. Knowing exactly where golden nuts are, I unlocked the farm and the home on the first day, the trade island and the farm totem on 2nd day, and the resort the 3rd day.
In Autumn I spent 2-3 days in island and 2-3 days in Stardew Valley. I found a banana sapling in the 2nd golden coconut Clint opend, I was lucky, and I run to put it in the greenhouse. I obtained 1 milion gold and the 10th dragon tooth I need for the island totem around in early winter. I started to put 24-48 ancient seed a week in ginger island, and for the end of summer, 3rd year, I had 15 iridium sprinkler (360 ancient plants - plus around 120 in greenhouse).
The island trader is usefull - I needed the delux retained soil recipe.
With 15-20 oaks for resins, I fullfill sheds with kegs really fast.
At early summer, 3rd year, I earn around 750.000 gold/week with ancient fruit wine, plus the gold quality ancient fruit (not enought kegs!) plus the coffee and ananas in pots, I earn 1-1,2 million/week.
I had all hearts with all villagers, all the recipes, all cooking recipes, 4 obelysks and all expedition for early summer, and I arrived at 10 milion for the gold clock the 26th autum 3rd year.
I decored the farm house, the island house and all the sheds, because, why not? the wine request just half a week of work, I have plenty of free time!
I'll post some screenshots as soon as I understand how to pass them from switch to my pc or cellphone!

This is the story of my personal record: 100% in 306 days =D
7 big sheds (2 and half with pots, 4 and half with kegs), 1 delux coop and 1 delux barn, 1 fish pond, and A LOT of pianification!

Hey, congrats! That sounds like a lot of planning, so good job for pulling it off!

If you want help with taking screenshots on Switch: https://forums.stardewvalley.net/threads/do-i-need-all-animals-for-jumino-quest.10643/#post-63858

Second, I'd recommend adding "Spoilers" into the thread title, given that you cover end game content.

I've only played through Ginger Island once, and it took me a good few seasons to figure out all the puzzles. I'm looking forward to doing it a second time and blitzing it!

Have fun with your next save!
