PlayStation Split-screen players sharing weapon ability cooldowns.

I noticed since playing 1.6 that the weapon ability cooldowns were shared between split-screen players. Not sure if that is an intended feature or a bug, but it makes fighting in the mines difficult with multiple people there.

Experiencing this as well, so we had to take turns going to the mines.
