Space in the woods right to Clint's smithy

After the update 1.6 I found a place in the woods right to Clint's smithy. It was blocked through hardwood but when I came back on another day I did not found it again. Did some people discover it and what is the purpose of it? Just some more space or is there anything else? And how do I find it again?

Hello, it is still there.. right side entrance its under the tree, after destroying all the obstacles you will find a gold trash can with a book left side has something also...
