Windows Some NPC names are messed up

Hi I've recently started having a problem with my game in the sense that the NPC'S names are messed up and I'm unsure as to why, I've seen others have this problem and I've tried looking at my smapi logs but they confuse me more than anything so if someone could help me that would be greatly appreciated!

Nevermind I am unsure as to how but I was going through my logs and trying to fix the errors like deleting some and replacing them where I could, which also lead to putting all of my mods into vortex which quite literally ruined my game so then I removed them from that. But I couldn't log into my game, every time I clicked on my save file it took me back to the whole ConcernedApe intro and then interface so I freaked out, uninstalled the game, reinstalled the game, and now everything is fixed because it was saved to cloud. So if you also have this problem maybe try uninstalling and then reinstalling but make sure everything is saved to cloud so you don't delete your saved files
