2) Farm decoration version of the Chicken Statue and Serpent Statues furniture.

4) Able to build Pam's house without having to fully upgrade our house first (have both as separate options).
Number (3) and (4) are basically for those who want to keep their farm house at a lower upgrade level, but still want to complete the crafting achievement (or use casks as ornamental barrels) and be generous to the community.
