Issue SMAPI will not open Stardew. (Steam version)

Okay so I've never had this problem before up until now, but as the title says, SMAPI will not open Stardew Valley. I tried every solution on the internet, I checked all my mods in case they had something to do with it, reinstalled SMAPI, re-opened Stardew in a multitude of different ways and still nothing works. I can conclude however that SMAPI is the problem, because when I removed it completely from steam and from my files, the game opened up just fine.

I'm really confused on what to do now, any sort of help would be appreciated!

UPDATE: I finally got it to work, turns out I needed to download .NET 8. I thought I had it already, but turns out I didn't.
