SMAPI wants mw to update SV to 16.4, but it already is.

There's no SMAPI log for this, but the error screen reads; "Oops! You're running Stardew Valley 1.6.3, but the oldest supported version is 1.6.4. Please update your game before using SMAPI."

My Stardew is fully updated, so is SMAPI and Stardrop, I'm very confused and would be glad of any assistance.

Do you have your SMAPI Stardew Folder pointed at an older location? That's the only reason it'd say that. Ensure that the folder that SMAPI is installed in is your latest version of SDV.
