SMAPI not working…

PLEASE HELP!!

So I recently flew across the states and my Steam cloud wasn’t working. I watched a few video tutorials and nothing worked to get it fixed so I uninstalled steam and all my games.
Turns out I was using the wrong WIFI and got my cloud to work. Now my mods won’t work, same with SMAPI. I tried redownloading SMAPI and once I try opening the game the SMAPI window won’t open like it did before, just the game will open. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Okay I got the SMAPI window to open. Turns out I didn’t copy the link correctly and it wouldn’t work. So now when I open the game the SMAPI window opens but the mods do not work… anyone know how to fix this?

Hey not sure if the Problem has been resolved but what worked for me was:
-Install SMAPI Strict mode
-Put the MODs directly into the Mod folder from Stardew Valley and do't put any into the Nexus (Vortext Program)

Hopefully that works?
