SMAPI not loading up :(

My sibling, Juno, added a few mods a few years ago and the game has been left untouched on my PC since I moved to university. I don't know much about modding so I'm not sure what the problem is. I've tried uninstalling and installing the game and verifying the game files but to no avail. Pls help if anyone can :(

If you uninstalled, then reinstalled the game. You will now be on SDV v1.5.6, and will need the latest SMAPI found here: https://smapi.io/
