Issue SMAPI not loading in mods

Hi! Im trying to mod Stardew Valley but it isn't really going right and I was wondering if I could get some help. I have mods in my folder, but SMAPI is only launching three of them. I've tried re-installing SMAPI, but I get the same results. I dont understand what I'm doing wrong, and if anybody could help I would really appreciate it.
