Issue SMAPI ignoring all of my mods

i got a new laptop and wanted to install stardew on it, however i play with mods. I downloaded lots of mods on my pc.
So, instead of trying to find all of them on nexusmods i transferred the folder to my laptop and replaced the mods folder with the one i transferred.

I booted up the game and thats what it told me

does anyone know why?

nvm i looked at each folder and apparently its all just empty folders inside empty folders

i guess the transfer just didnt work :((
