Issue Smapi "Extract Install Files" problem

I used smapi before and it worked fine but today i only got a blank cmd field when i tried to start SDV. After some trying i deleted everything and download everything again. But now when click on "SMAPI.installer.exe" it shows me only "extracting install files" and nothing more. I tried to install it manually but when i finished with that and click on "StardewModdingAPI.exe" Smapi dont load anything. It only appears the window, where u can see the mods loading ,for not even a half of a second and then it disappears and nothing happens. Can someone please help me :(

Im using a Windows, SDV v.1.5.6, SMAPI v3.13.4

And sry for my english. Its not my first language 😅
