Issue Smapi cannot find game executable while it's definitely in same folder (MacOS)

Hello

I've downloaded Stardew Valley from GOG and while I'm no amateur modder, modding on a Mac is new to me, I can't find my Smapi logs for the life of me so I can put it through the praser, but the only text that appears is that Oops! Smapi cannot locate the game executable, make sure it's in the same folder..

Now it is for sure, like 100%

I really don't know what to do, the game works fine as is without installing Smapi

I'm really lost and any help would be very much appreciated

If the added info helps SDV is literally just like an icon or something in my documents folder, which I then right click -> go to contents -> MacOS, in which I have all my executables and where I've installed Smapi
