Issue Smapi API not working

Hello my smapi recently started to not work when I started up the game through smapi. The issue is because my API is not loaded and gives me this message:
SteamInternal_SetMinidumpSteamID: Caching Steam ID: 76561199063138222 [API loaded no]
I deleted smapi and reinstalled it as well with all my mods and the game itself, restarted my computer and nothing will seem to work. Here are my logs as well if they would help.

Does the game still launch without SMAPI?
There's no real error in the log; it just cuts off.
