Issue SMAPI 3.13.1 wont work with Stardew 1.5.5?

Everytime I try to open stardew(with Stardew Expanded mod) it says:

"Oops! You're running Stardew Valley 1.5.5 or later, but this version of SMAPI is only compatible up to Stardew Valley 1.5.4. Please check for a newer version of SMAPI: https://smapi.io."

I am absolutely certain I have the newest version of SMAPI downloaded. Help?

A full log is always best: https://smapi.io/log/

But, the snippet you posted; is saying an older version of SMAPI is still installed.
I'd personally recommend, a clean reinstall of the game; then SMAPI.

As things can get a little messy with just overwriting files.
