Slime hatching

Im trying the slime hatching but my incubators aren't hatching my eggs. I've got 3 live slimes but I'm not getting any more even though I have 9 incubators running. I loaded them up a week ago (real time) & nothing's happened.

Did you put the slime eggs in the slime incubators?

The only reason I can think of this not happening is your slime hutch already having max population, but you've stated that you only have 3 slimes, is that still correct?
