[Slightly Spoiler] What is difference between Caviar and regular pickled fish roe?

Fortunately I have Stardew Valley Wiki
Otherwise I will never know how to make a caviar!
As I said, I didn't have knowledge caviar is made of sturgeon roe!
I thought I would try my best to find mystic cooking recipe and give up re-build Joja supermarket finally.
It's perhaps something that requires some aspect of beforehand knowledge that's maybe entrenched in certain cultures more than others (the understanding may come faster to a more western culture that - based in some amount of scarcity - really values and idolizes sturgeon roe)

Yes, I feel interested in tasting caviar in real life
To be honest, I have heard that but never tasted authentic caviar.
I think I tasted some fake/pirated caviar but I highly suspect that they were not real.
I am going to taste it shortly.

I am also going to taste some food which exists in Stardew Valley but I never had in real life.
The experience will be amazing!
(Not including smoked fish. That is not possible for me to smoke so many fish!)

The stardew cookbook may be a good start on that latter wish, all the sdv recipes and they stay rather close to their cimple original ingredients at that.
