I have the quest to meet Qi at level 100 of skull cavern. I have been saving up stair cases to do that. I also just have been offered the Skull cavern Invasion quest from Qi's walnut room. Does it cause a problem to do these two quests at the same time?
There are some that have reported difficulties in doing both simultaneously, yes, in that something has glitched out. I'd recommend not doing the Skull Cavern Invasion until you've reached floor 100 already at least once.
