Skipped linus cut scene didn't get the wild bait recipe

Which cut scene was it? The four hearts one? You should get the recipe even if you skip. There should be a dialogue box pop up on the bottom saying, "you learned how to craft wild bait" even if you skipped the scene.

I think I’ve missed multiple recipes.. I’ve been playing co-op and time keeps going when I have a cutscene so I’ve been skipping them without realizing they give you stuff (I’m a new player go easy on me) is there anything I can do?

Even if you skip the cut scenes, the recipes you learn from them still appear in the menus. There isn't always a notification though.
