Silo isnt feeding my animals

Do you have the deluxe coop yet? They only get auto-fed once you've housed them in one of those. Until then you can take the hay that's in the silo out manually from the little hay cubby near the food trough in the lesser coops.
Also, just in case you don't have one, a heater will help with their disposition during winter.

Thank you!! I only have a basic coop so that would be why!! Thank for tbe trick for taking it out too! I had no idea.

Yes, you have to upgrade your coop/barn to deluxe version.
That supports auto-feeding.
If you only have basic coop/barn, you still need to take the hays out manually.

You need a max upgraded coop for the auto feed systemI'm hoping someone can help me with this. I built a Silo to help feed my chickens thru the winter, it's completely full. But it doesn't seem like my chickens are eating out of it? I keep having to buy hay for them. They are irritated and the Silo is still full.
