iOS Shrine of illusions crash

Whenever I try to use the shrine of illusion, it keeps on crashing my game! I’ve tried this over multiple times but every time it hasn’t worked. (I have the money for it, app is updated)

It happens to me too! Im using ipad mini 6 :(

I had this happen tonight on my iPad Pro while using a DS4 controller. After I got back into the game and it restored where I was prior to the crash, I was able to use the Shrine of Illusions successfully using touch rather than the controller. I used the controller to get to the Wizard's Tower and then touch once I entered. For reason that worked. Then I continued using the controller.
