Android Shrine of illusion crashed my game

So I do my daily chores complete 2 community center bundles do a quest and a bunch of other stuff then i go to deliver a void essence to the wizard on his birthday so I can use the shrine of illusion.

I go to use the shrine and as soon a i tap yes it sends me to my home screen I restarted the game to find all my progress gone. but I Tried to repeat what happened to see if the shrine would work but it still kicked me out of the game again.

How do i fix this?

Been happening to me as well, please update and fix this immediately. For me it has been happening on iOS on both of my devices.
