Shed positioning

It seems impossible to have a shed directly right of my house. I already moved the shipping bin, so there is space enough. But I still have red (blocked) areas at some fields.
Is there a way to get a shed there?

As suggestion I would like to have more possibilities to build houses. If there is something blocked an warning with reason would be good.

There are a lot of blocked squares immediately in front of and to the right of the farmhouse with no explanation, actually.
