Sooo I somehow managed to break my game and now SVE isn't working. The mods it's saying I don't have installed are both clearly installed and enabled, but somehow they aren't being read?

Vortex has been known to cause a lot of installation and uninstall issues.
Stardew Valley is a game where you really don't need a manager. Just install mods manually and launch the game through
SMAPI or
Steam instead of
Vortex.
First of all you need to fix all "Skipped mods".
