Self actualization events for NPCs

So, your PC is married and you are at 8 hearts with the dateable villagers. Friendship decay has stopped and they count towards perfection. But . . . you can progress them to 10 hearts and instead of getting a romance event you get to see them achieve a personal goal. Like Sebastian rides off to Zuzu city and sometimes calls with fun Zuzu city facts, or Maru gets a grant to develop an AI controlled deep space probe and sets up a lab in the quarry, or Emily marries Clint and you get to dance at their wedding. And so on. And of course since 8 hearts stops decay and counts toward perfection, you can maintain any characters you wish to in an available state.

I think this would enrich the stories of those characters without them just lingering in stasis for you rather than getting on with what could be interesting lives.
 
Nice Idea.
But it's a lot to program and to text when all none dated/Bouquet given marriage candidates behave different than today but still should have a story.
