We have many tools in game, we can upgrade most of them.
But we have to plant seeds and put fertilizers cell by cell manually. It's very exhausting and inconvenient.
I propose to use some seeding tool for that.
1. We can seed without it and with it.
2. We can use it for fertilizers.
3. We can load it with seeds and fertilizers like Slingshot.
4. We can upgrade it like Watering Can to seed multiple cells at once. Only applicable cells must spend tool charges, e.g. no charge will be used for cells with sprinklers, flooring etc.
5. We can get this tool on Stardew Valley Fair for stars (and after first year fair - in Oasis or from Crobus). Maybe sometimes in Traveling Cart (disregarding the first fair).
