Seed Cracker for PC?

I want to check up on future Traveling Cart and Geode contents in a save but I don't have actual physical access to the save file on my computer so I can't just put it in the predictor thingy. Are there any seedcracking tools for the PC files about or am I out of luck?

Why don’t you have access to the files on your pc?

You'll need your file or any access to the file for some amount of time in order to get any predictive information out of it.

You don't really need a 'seed cracker' as the seed is simply listed on the file name, so if you can't access the file could you ask whoever has it to give you the seed (though they may as well just send it over at that point, as there are things you may want to predict that depend on more than just base seed)
