Sorry if this has been suggested (I dont know how to search the forums). And I am aware its a mod, but juding by the comments on it, its buggy/doesnt work.
Some kind of seed bag that holds a certain number of different seeds (But counts as one space) It can seed multiple spaces (like upgraded watering can) and seeds are not wasted if an untilled area is selected. It can be upgraded much like the other tools. The first upgrade might be something like a duck feather/5 cloth and 1 other thing. Make a quest for getting it, or buy first one from pierre
Another thought I had was a tool bag of some sorts. You have quick access to it and it holds something like 3-5 tools in one slot, but they can all be hot keyed.
