Secret Note Changes for SVE Not Loading?

I've got a long list of 250 mods installed and so many of them do so many things- after half an hour of hunting, I *thought* I had all of the dependencies set so that the secret note changes for SVE would actually load properly. As far as I'm aware, Overgrown Flowery Interface, Seasonal Cute Characters, and Way Back Pelican Town are the only other mods I have that edit the secret notes, and SVE is set to load after all of them, taking priority. So, I have no idea why they aren't loading anymore. Someone please help me :(
