Sebastian ten heart event

I'm worried I'm not going to be able to do Sebastians ten heart event because I don't have the mountains unlocked yet, I know there's I glitch but that will reset that day. Will I still be able to do his ten heart event without the mountains unlocked?

The mountain doesn’t need to be unlocked, it’s the area where Sebastian lives.

The mountains is the area where he lives by the lake, spa, and mines. I believe you're thinking of the summit, which doesn't need to be unlocked for any characters' heart events.

Mountains is simply the location with the mines, and where Robin, Demitrius, etc. live.

The area above that is the railroad and the path unlocked by perfection is called the summit.
