iOS Screen freezes but game continues

The issue: There wasn't a pattern, which I don't think there ever was, but this has happened twice to me already. The first one is when I was on ginger island. I couldn't attach an image so I'll just explain. It was near the professor snail tent, on the other side of the small bridge. I was mining the fossil rocks when I suddenly couldn't move. I keep tapping on the screen, tapping on the tools, menu, etc. but it didn't registered any of my presses. However, the game continued as normal, it didn't freeze the game but just my screen. I remember it was raining at the time and the time are also going down. There was nothing I could do but wait until I fell asleep so it would automatically save my game before I reopen the game, losing my money and resources in the process. The second time it happened, which is just yesterday, is when I was in the swamp fishing for a radioactive fish. Immediately after I caught the fish, there was a bug flying at me and I was using my sword (swinging it with a joystick) when the screen freezes again. I could only watch helplessly as the bug continued attacking me until my health goes down, and I ended up at the clinic. Oddly enough, I was able to click through Harvey's dialogues (I lost 3 items which, THANK GOD, the radioactive fish wasn't one of it) and when I ended up back on my bed, the screen still freezes and I still couldn't tap on anything or move. The screen never freezes outside of Stardew Valley, so I assumed it's a bug or glitch on SV side. Please note that I played Stardew Valley Apple Arcade version, not the original one. Let me know if additional info needed to be added!
