saw a weird creature under the docks near the beach

One day I was fishing on the docks near willy's fish shop and saw a green creature underneath the docks pop its head up from the water and swim away. It was green and I don't think it was a turtle. Does anyone know what that might've been? Have you ever seen something like that before?

That's a rare sighting of the Sea Monster (or maybe the Merpeople, depending on your head-canon)! I still have never seen one!

I wish the Wizard had special dialogue on the day you see the Merperson. Has anyone got any ideas? Here's mine:

I happened to see Willie retiring to his house at the same time of the creature swimming by the dock. Coincidence? maybe
