iOS saved files disappeared

hi! so i've been playing stardew on my ipad for almost a year now. i haven't opened the game in a while but i did today because i was excited about the update. however, when i clicked on load there was nothing saved. so i checked website and tried to find it in my files, there was indeed a stardew valley folder, but unfortunately no save, only "stardewscreenshots" with nothing in it.

can anybody help please?? i don't understand what happened, i never cleared my ipad nor did delete anything in my files. i just want my progress back :(

I am not really someone with much knowledge in this topic, but did you try looking for your files in your iCloud save? I had mine there after deinstalling my game, so maybe you have too!
