Issue "Save" button missing from startup menu and "Load" load screen doesn't stop loading

In a whim, I downloaded and deleted some mods here and there and something must have went arry. The save button on the startup menu is missing and when I click on "Load" game, it'll just load forever with the words "Looking for saved games..." on the screen. I apologize, I am sick, so my words are a bit sloppy at the moment. I couldn't tell you what specific mods I downloaded because I kind of threw out all m inhibitions and downloaded a crap ton. I know for sure I deleted the Ridgeside because it wasn't very compatible with the Mandolorian and baby yoda mod.

I've restarted my computer, deleted "startup_preferences" in the /StardewValley/ folder, and I've looked into my saves and can confirm that I still have my saves. I've tried to post my error logs but they seem to be too large, is it possible to have too many mods? Maybe I should delete everything and start over? if anyone has any tips, im all ears.

I downloaded stardewroguelike and it removed my New save button if that is the problem you are having! I also went on a download spree but I narrowed it down to that one. The picture attached is what it looked like with the roguelike mod.
Edit: After further inspection if it was that mod then it is fully intentional as they are doing a contest and you can only access a premade modded save.

Edit: I know its only been two seconds, but after trying and failing to narrow down the StardewRougeLike mod, I realized I already deleted that said file, but nothing so far has changed. Am I missing another file?
