Ever wondered why you, the new guy that came along long after the bus was decommissioned, seem to be the only one that regularly uses the bus? Even Emily, as much as she loves her good friend Sandy, only braves the trip on her birthday.

I love this idea! When I first started playing I was so excited to see Kent join festivals and integrate into the town. All the other vendors are closed on festival days anyway, so I don't think it'd be a problem at all for Sandy to be unavailable during festivals. Maybe she could even hang out with Emily for a day during the winter night market?
