Windows Poor playing conditions

I have a gamer laptop rtx2050, it has ryzen 5 7000 series 16gb ram 1- the machine is one and a half years old, it is not a bad machine, but in stardew valley I can see it runs smoothly in other people's videos, but sometimes the screen freezes as if it vibrates, it is not smooth and it bothers me a lot, why is this there, does anyone know a solution, I tried so many things but it didn't work!. If someone knows something, write!.

This works for some people:

• Set your screen to 60 Hz refresh rate
• In Stardew Valley's settings, under Graphics, set the screen to VSync
• In Stardew Valley's settings, under Graphics, try each of the Window Modes, one may work better than the others on your computer

Here is another thing to try which has worked for some people:

• Turn off VSync in Stardew Valley and close the game
• Open the Nvidia Control Panel
• Click Manage 3D Settings
• Click the Program Settings tab and select Stardew Valley
• Turn Vertical Sync On and click Apply

I won't translate this as I don't know how your Nvidia Control Panel will look in Hungarian, here is mine:
