Ridgeside and SVE bugs

I have been trying to figure out why certain parts SVE are working and others are not. Grandpas farm area is non existant, and "fast travel areas do not trigger".

Also I can not get Ridgeside to work at all. The stairs to the tramp are not even available. Can someone please help?
