Windows Rgb lines when in fullscreen or borderless window

Recently when I start up the game in fullscreen or borderless window, I get a visual glitch where rgb lines (sorry if this isn't the official terminology) and the screen gets shifted. I've seen a similar thread where the screen is shifted but without the lines where their solution was hitting alt + enter but that only changed my game to windowed mode (fixes the glitch but does not address the fullscreen borderless window problem). I've tried changing my laptops resolution but that didnt help either.

I have the same issue, it's the same when I try playing minecraft with fullscreen och borderless window. Have not yet found a solution.

What kind of laptop do you have? Because I have not seen this problem anywhere else after a bit of googling.
(I have a Samsung Galaxy book pro)

I have a galaxy book too! I don't recall the exact model.

Ill reach out to Samsung support, and see what they say about the issue.
