Hi,
I started a new save file recently with a character mod. After playing the game for a while, I decided that I wanted to make some edits to it and revised the mod (which the creator allows!), mostly making dialogue changes. I want to be able to start from scratch with this character at 0 hearts so that I can experience the new dialogue and see the events again. However, this save is on a multiplayer farm, and my friend and I don't want to restart our progress on a new save.
Is there a mod or a way to edit the game files to do this, or if I just deleted/moved the original mod folder and added the revised one in, would it replace the data? I am not very familiar on how any coding outside of dialogue works, so I don't want to just start messing with the original files without some guidance. I know that the dark shrine of memory exists, but I didn't think that allowed for event resets (additionally, if there is a way to do this without using the shrine I would love it because I would feel evil for using the shrine)
Thank you for any help on this!
